1. How can I buy tickets to Maher Zain’s Southeast Asia Tour?

2. What is pre-sale registration?

Pre-sale registration gives fans early access to purchase tickets before the general public. It does not guarantee ticket availability. You may register for the pre-sale from 9th June, 6pm (GMT+8) to 11th June, 12pm (GMT+8).

3. How many tickets can I buy?

Each person may purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction.

Event Details

1. What time does the concert start?

2. Is there an age limit for the concert?

The concert is open to all ages unless stated otherwise. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 and above.

3. Is the concert a seated concert?

Yes, all categories are seated tickets and numbered. Please refer to your ticket category for specific seating details.

4. Will there be assigned seating?

Yes, all seats are assigned and will be indicated on your ticket. Seating is allocated based on the best available option at the time of purchase. Please refer to your ticket category for specific seating details.

Venue & Entry Info

1. What items are not allowed in the venue?

Prohibited items include: professional cameras, audio/video recording equipment, large bags, weapons, outside food/drinks, etc. Full list will be published closer to the event date.

2. Is re-entry allowed?

No re-entry is permitted once you leave the venue.

3. Is prayer space available?

4. Will lockers be available for rental at the venue?

5. Will there be parking at the venue?

Parking is available however ride-sharing or public transport is highly recommended.
